I read your post on how is doing. And then, I noticed that you

metioned about going to Disneyland in March. OMG! Are you talking about Deaf

Awareness Day on March 5th, at Disneyland!? That would be so cool if we ran into

each other and met in person! I can't wait to see what you and looks

like (oh yeah, I saw a couple of pics of in the yahoo album). I'm going

with 1 of my deaf friend, , Heidi (my new gf with CHARGE, and her mom, and

hopefully my other friend that day). Maybe, we all can hang out or something,

cool huh? Maybe we can meet somewhere at a certain time?

doing? Anything new lately? Tell her I said 'hi!' If I meet her, she won't be

that shy, would she? I forgot, is she deaf or hard of hearing? I'm hard of

hearing, samething with Heidi. Sorry for asking so much questions, I'm like a

parrot, lol! Anyway, lemme know if you have any plans for Disneyland,

okay-dokey?

P.S. I think that both and Kendra might go to Disneeyland too. It's gona

be so much fun over there! WOO-HOO!

It is very hard on all of us with all that Mom is going through.

saw her for the first time this weekend, since Chrsitmas. I

have told her that she is sick but she doesn't get it, because

medicine solves everything to her. She gave her Mom the cold

shoulder, wouldn't look at her or giver her a hug. It's hard on her

Mom because she knows that understands more then everyone

thinks and that doesn't make it any easier. She starts chemo today,

her hair will fall out and you can bet we'll be seeing an increase in

behaviors. cann't go to the hospital when her Mom is there,

it would be too hard on both of them and she would flip because,

while she loves being there herself, she can't stand to see others

hurting and that literally makes her go off.

On a lighter note, and I are going to Disneyland in

March. We have never been and I decided it would be good for both of

us!

Chip,

I wasn't aware that Deaf Awareness day was in March, we'll be going

the 13th -17th, spending the first evening enjoying Downtown Disney,

then the next 3 full days between the two parks. We would love to

meet you some time, and I met Kendra at the last conference,

but we won't be going this year. I don't think that she would be shy

if she met you, she loves people. She has moderate to severe hearing

loss, she hears me just fine, but it's only just when she wants to.

I call it " selective hearing " , she's just like any other kid.
