re your question about the FRCS initial. In the UK all doctors who wish to

become surgeons have to qualify to become fellows of the royal college of

surgeons. They then take the quaint insignia of becoming Mr as against

Dr for which they have studied for years.

MBchB means Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (two for the

price of one). As says, FRCS is Fellow of the Royal College

of Surgeons.

I should think your unsurance will be satisfied with that.
