Guest guest
Chrissy, You are too much g/f. Seriously lol. I'm going to Sam Houston State in Huntsville, TX (home of the highest capital punishment rates-hmm wonder why?). I am an education major and my specialization is Reading/Language Arts. I'm shooting for 2nd-5th grades but have to study K-8 to get anywhere. It's been a long road (started in 1998 after a divorce) and I can't wait until it's over! Most of my classes now will be either in the school system or over the internet which is a great blessing because I love doing school work in my jimmies too! (Hard to concentrate though when hubby and kids want dinner or whatever!) I always try online courses or independent study because I hate being looked at and not just because of my weight either. But that will change, I have faith! --fitting in hehe, i don't know if you meant the " butting in " to be a pun or not, but I thought it was pretty funny Our newer buildings all had the plastic swivel chairs you were talking about. I actually prayed for classes with those (as opposed to thost stupid other desks). But they are not easy to get in and out of, and two people sitting next to eachother can't get up at the same time..hehe.. but I like the tables b/c they have lots of room to spread out (which I tend to do). Congrats on pursuing your education too! What is your major? I'm finally free of the desks, I am attending the U of Phoenix online now and working on my MBA in Health Care Management. So far it has been very challenging and a lot of work, but I like the flexibility it offers, and being able to attend class in my pj's at 2am..hehe Take care and thanks for the response to my post!!
