Guest guest Posted July 13, 2003 Report Share Posted July 13, 2003 I had my surgery 3.5 years ago. Best decision of my life Lost 100lbs but leveled off with 20 to go. I have kept it off easily with proper diet & exercise. I'm healthier than I've ever been in my life. Doctor is adjusting my thyroid medication. I hope I'll start to lose more.
