Illinois Law Enforcement Emergency Alert System

it is was developed after 9-11 to respond police to assist at a large scale

event. Emergency Event type situation.

Did not mean to be secretive but being in the dark kind of puts us who

answer the phones in a bad way when we have no clue what they (caller) is

saying when ILEAS and this is a TEST MESSAGE..

Kind of felt like the plow horse kicked ya in the chest (speechless) not

sure of if you should even breath or not LOL LOL trust me if a horse

kicked ya it would hurt a lot .
