Wireless Phase 1 & 2 Callback Procedures

Our agency has just requested Wireless Phase 1 and Phase 2. We're

hoping (ha) to have the system active in about 6 months.

We're working on procedures to deal with the 9-1-1 hang up calls from

the wireless calls. If your agency has a procedure or policy on this

issue, I would appreciate receiving a copy for our review.

This can be sent to my official account at roberts@... (in
