Guest guest Posted January 26, 2003 Report Share Posted January 26, 2003 Mark, I had an organic acids done on my daughter and consulted the Metamatrix site for help in the details. Most of the analysis seemed to be for values opposite of my daughters. For example, if values are elevated, it indicates such and such. In this case the values were decreased but no explanation was offered. The lab I had it done by explained some of this to me and advised a therapy plan to balance the system but I want to know more and want to research myself. Can you give me some ideas of where to get to help me understanding these organic acid values? BTW, I couldnt find the marker listed on the test you mentioned for xylene. It was something like " methylhippurate " . Are there any other terms which would translate into the same thing? Reason for asking is that we quite likely have xylene in overly adequate amounts.
