Guest guest
Dagmar; I am not Andy, but I would like to help with my own advise. I too was surprised that my son had such high levels of antimony, way at the end of the red. We could not easily discover the problem because there are so many possibilities. It is even used in paints now instead of lead (what a compromise)! Would could find no simple at home test for antimony like there are for lead. So we simply got rid of everything that might have it. Everything that would could from sweaters, carpets, sleep wear, etc. We looked at it like this: We would rather live out of cardboard boxes, that have nice sweaters and a son who we can't talk to. We only removed things 3 days ago and we already see improvement. No chelation or new supplements added in that time. We feel we made the right decision. Hope you can do what works best for you. Guest guest
Hi Dagmar, > I am aware, that antimony is not the topic of this list, so I am sorry to ask off topic questions. IMO I think it is TOTALLY on topic. I don't happen to know how to test for it though. And, even if NO ONE here knows how, I still think it is on topic, and if you find out more, please post about it. Actually, DDI can do a ***water*** test for metals (including antimony) for you -- but that is only water, and not anything else. So, there is a little tiny bit of info. best wishes, Moria
