Guest guest
At work we ahve a tiny frig/freezer in our area and I keep juggling 2- 3 24 oz bottles of water all day-when drinking on one-the other two in freezer-finish the one i'm on fill it up and freeze it and take another out. I FORCE myself to drink nothing but water ALL day long at work and when I get home I treat myself to either lemonade or iced tea by Crystal Lite. If I give myself a choice-I will NOT drink water so, I take nothing to work to force myself. I also take 4 oz take a long containers of sugar free jello for snacks. Thanks for the encouragement! I NEED it!! > >Believe me-I FEEL your pain!! I had my surgery on > > 2/26/03 and have struggled to lose only 54 lbs to date-4 months and > 2 > > weeks out.
