Side effects sound worse then what I am enduring now. Anyone know of diet and exercise that will help fibromayalgia? , go to the National Fibromylagia Foundation website, they have chat, information, and suggestions. Do gentle exercise, avoid anything that causes additional swelling, salty foods. Mainly bland diet that has protein, avoid any fermented food such a pickles, olives, wine has fermintation, No drinking, smoking. An orgasm would probably help. Don't take offense guys, this is scientific. Also elevating tender points. There is a fibro pillow that is a soft body pillow. I just went to Walmart and bought a body pillow for under ten bucks. Warm water therapy, I have a hot tub because really when you have a flare, you want to be left alone, your clothes hurt. I have actually stripped naked and wrapped myself naked with those velour blankets, you know the rabbit hair soft blankets. I grab the body pillow and lie on my side and try to knock myself out. I use heat, it helps me especially warm moist heat. I used to have a book Natural Healing for Fibromyalgia but nowadays you can obtain information on the websites. The website, Pain Topics.com had a large section on Fibromyalgia. When I have a flair the hair on my arms hurt. That is Fibromyalgia pain.
