Guest guest
I haven't seen anyone mention freezing the protein drinks and eating them frozen. Is there a reason that it shouldn't be done? Whenever I have used Slim Fast or any other weight loss drink, I have frozen them to make them palatable and to force me to take longer to consume them. I am using them right now because I must lose 20 pounds before surgery. (I have already lost 16, Yeaaaaaaah!) I have a tentative surgery date of September 17, pending insurance approval. All the other tests are done and my surgeon thinks I am a good candidate for this surgery. Regards, RVnMama Pat 277/261/

Guest guest
There is a tastless odorless protein powder that I had CVS order. They use it at the hospital I work in and it has 4 gm protein for 1 tablespoon. You can mix with about anything as it is tastless. It is about $16 a can. Guest guest
What I ordered is not tasteless but the Champion Whey Stack protein powder is WONDERFUL - especially the Mochachino - yum, no problems anymore getting in more than enough protein. Got it from www.wlssuccess.com
