Guest guest
Well hello everyone, It has been a long time since either Ken or myself has posted but wanted to let you know that we are still reading the emails. There are so many new members to the group and in a way that saddens me but on the other hand I am glad that they all found this group, you couldn't asked for a more seasoned, dynamic, educated, supportive and loving group. SO MY WARMEST WELCOME TO YOU ALL!!! Ken has been holding his own as far as the PSC and AIH goes, other than the frustration of feeling sick and tired all the time, he is managing to plug his way through as the symptoms progress. On another note, I had posted last week about Dianne Howell getting her liver transplant in mid august. No one ever did respond to me, as to had some one else let the group know or not? Dianne is a member of this group and I am not sure who her buddy is etc...all I know is that Ken and I are friends with her and that it was important to share the good news. I never saw any other posts (other than one from Steve Rahn sending his best wishes...thank you Steve) that were in response to this good news....I am not going to pass judgment as I do not know if anyone has sent her a card, called her, or emailed here privately...I just know that in the past when others have received a second chance at life or is having a bad day etc...that there is always a handful of people to run to the support of those individuals. It is not my intention to be snooty...just making a point is all. Leigh-Anne Schofield (Wife of Ken (33) AIH & PSC)
