Guest guest Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 I have recently gone NC. Now I am noticing how hard it is to be around people that set off Nada Triggers. Some people are ok. I know that we have discussed this issue before about people in our work place and friends that we have to let go. I just want to be able to be around people and not get set off anymore. Has anyone read anything or done anything that helps this. The triggers are real and affect my whole body. I notice I change around the people I know set me off and I am reacting like I did around Nada. It is hard to not be around the people that set me off and want to be able to not have this problem. It is also very physical for me. Even smells set me off. Generally the people that I feel the reaction to do have issues. I know it has been suggested to trust my intuition. It is usually 100% right. My problem is that I don't want the severity of the triggers and the reality is sometimes we do have to be along side of these people.
