I mean I am in control and doing fine, but it scares the crap outta me LOL

Guest guest
Hi Angi and Vicki, Here I thought everyone else just had more of a life than I did. I have spent several hours helping my 9 yo do a report on Kuwait - I don't remember having to do reports in 4th grade. is this progress or not? Anyway....Carolyn Re: Quiet weekend >From: SISYANGI@... > >My dame piece of well I better not say it might break again but you know what >IM thinking:) Ive been working on it for the last three days of and on IM >begging to think I should be paid as tecsupport for all the crap of done to >it in the last three days ~ >OK IM done moaning >Nice computer no stay! >hehehe! >angi in Va. >7/17/98 475# >9/25/99 212 #1/2 > >>
Guest guest
I am almost to 14 months and can definitely eat more than I think I should, but when i look realistically, I realize that I eat MUCH less than I did before surgery. I can eat a hamburger, without the bun. I think i am now less conscious of my amounts I eat and tend to overeat more often than I used to. Thirty years of a habit is hard to break, so I feel like I just need to be more diligent about making the right choices and amounts. I don't think its in your head. Guest guest
Don't be frightened. That doesn't sound like much too much food. I'm at 17 months and can eat a burger without the top bun and a few onion rings. Still losing slowly. You will definitely notice at 12 months or so you can eat more, but for me it has been totally okay. What I can eat varies greatly with the type of food. Tonight at the movie, I ate a whole medium bag of popcorn without a thought and had a small dinner later. It's been this way for a while, but the weight is staying under 180. Guest guest
, Glad to know that Im not alone on this! It is just so wierd that it worries me. Like you mentioned, one day I can eat only a few bites and then Im full...others I can eat the entire plate LOL I don't get it! I follow directions and am doing great, but I thrive on constants in some ways and this is just baffling me.
Guest guest
Okay guys! I definitely relate to this. At almost 12 months out, I just ate an entire bagel for breakfast. It filled me up but i ate it nonetheless. Scary. Yet some days only a few bites fill me. Others I need more. Guess we hit normal which for us has been abnormal. At least that is what I am telling myself so I don't go crazy worrying about it. I still avoid sandwiches though. They don't sit right and I can't enjoy them because after one or two bites they make me unbearably full. Which is funny. I haven't figured out why yet. Rasley mailto:drasley@...
