Joy,

I can identify but I did find that once I cut down on the sugar free candies,

ice cream, etc., the stomach gurgling stopped and the gas minimized.

Joy,

Hi . I'm Darlene in Pa.

I had the very same problem and talked to my surgeon about it. He said he

thought that maybe I had an infection in the colon and put me on Flagyl (

an antibiotic) for 20 days. Took it right away!

Someone else told me they had this problem and said it was from Trinsicon,

which I take for iron, B12 and intrinsic factor because of the bypass surgery.

Good luck, I can relate!

Some people who take Trinsicon after gastric bypass have gas caused by the

the med itself. If you are not on the med then I sould suggest you call

your surgeon and get his/her opinion.

If I were you I would look at hiring a lawyer. How dare those people

through that crap in your face. This is a medical condition. call your

local bar association and find a good attorney!

A stinking situation

Well I posted last week about my intestinal gas and flatulence. Well this

morning as I was getting off I was called into my supervisors office. It

was

explained to me that there had been several complaints about my gas problem

and that they knew that I knew that I had a problem. They wanted to make

sure I was doing all that I could to rectify the situation. Then just as

she

was ending the conversation she reminded me that I was still in my 90 day

probation period and that if I had to be let go they were under no

obligation to mention why I was let go.

I guess I need to do something and fast.
