I have a few questions that have been running thru my addled brain

lately & would appreciate some input from others who feel up to it.

Thanks.

1. What do you eat & how many times a day? I eat mostly carbs

(potatoes, rice, etc.). I eat some veggies (occasionally), cheese,

eggs, & rarely any meats.

2. Do others feel sick, achy, etc., although their bloodwork might

indicate they are in perfect health?

3. If you are not in the end stages of this disease, what other

symptoms do you experience?

4. If you are in the end stages, did you experience what I have now

come to call

Hi Jan :)

With the carbs, the lower you keep them, the better you should do

with cravings. I find that for myself, about 60 per day (40 or lower

is ideal) is the max I can do without slowing my weight loss or

start craving more carbs.

Hope this helps :)
