Abandon and cell 911 hangup calls

Hi all,

I have a cellular question for you all. We are now recieving Phase 1 cell

911 calls. I am looking for anyone who could provide me a copy of thier

procedure/ policy for handling C911 hang ups/Abandon calls. It would be a great

help to me. If you could email them to me off list or fax to my work fax number
