My opinion as guaranteed by the first amendment:

Betraying the group and Frieda was soooooooo wrong. Her chief may have

requested the info but the underlying fact is that someone still had a

" story " to tell prompting him to request more detail to substantiate the

" story. "

Frieda, after reading both sides I am relieved that your chief saw the mole

hill where someone reported a mountain.

In 1974 I was 21 years old. I was a college student so the fact that some

were dispatching doesn't impress me at all. In fact, I doubt that you could

even compare the realm of job responsibilities from 1974 to 2004.

a zebra. I hope those people down there in Texass realize the depth of what

they have done for/to this group, a group of their peers.

I have remained pretty quite and soaking all this in. I personally think that

it doesn't get any lower then someone " diming in " some one else over what was

said on here. You know we work a high stressed job- To many this list is a way

to talk and to vent over issues. Whether it be about a call or about policy or

administration, sometimes we need to vent, some times we need to say things. I

know that my boss subscribes to the list and reads the emails, including the

ones with my name attached. I am sure that he understands that (i do get emails

telling me he will find me more work to do instead of emailing though lol).

It takes a person very insecure of them selves and maybe their jobs to do what

was done. I would like to think they are sorry for what they did. I would hope

so, but that's not always true. I am all for booting people like that off the

list as well. HOWEVER... If they maybe issued a serious apology to those

involved and the group I would reconsider. There is no excuse for what they did

and they should stop what they are doing, however it is good to see it back

fired and the only people looking like " Rats " are the people who tried to hurt

others.

I don't agree with what was done to freida, but sheezo pete!! lighten up a

bit people.. This has happened to me before, and its not pleasant, but you

have to realize anyone can be on this list!!

I agree that Freida was done wrong by a few people at a college PD in Texas,

however, I don't think it is fair of you to insult the whole state of Texas

and the people who live and work there based on the actions of a few

knuckleheads.

Just my opinion, of course.
