I am thinking though, with the internet laws regarding children younger than

13, this would be a definite violation. They are NOT to compile any type of

information on anyone under the age of 13. Why 13 is considered to be a

sufficient age to track/gain information from I have no clue!

Kinda like .. why can you serve alcohol at 18 YET not legally consume it?
