Yikes - why should we include " everyone " from Tarrant. Only one or two people

are really involved.

Also, after reading the post of Ms Poole's co-worker, maybe we should all

just move on. It's obvious that none of us really know the whole story and as

such, maybe we should all just take a breath and move forward.

That being said, maybe we can all learn a lesson or lessons from this

episode.

-Nothing you type on the internet is private.

-Something you respond to in good will may come back an bite you in the ass.

-You never know where your words, posts or ideas may end up.

Now on a personal note.

I know and respect Freida and know she would never put her agency, her

profession or members of this list in bad regard. I'm sure her boss is fully

aware

of this and I am glad to hear she has many supportive members of the list.

I don't know Ms Poole but I wish we could get a post from her and hear her

honest side of the story. It's hard not to pass judgement on her feeling that

" our " list has a " rat " or " snitch " . But as with anything in law enforcement and

public safety, there is almost always the " great unknown " that may not be

public or hasn't yet become public. Until we have all the facts, maybe our rush

to

judgement has been flawed.

I do whole heartedly agree it's time to move on and find a new topic of the

day, week, etc. If nothing else, I'm sure the superbowl pre-game show starts

any moment now, it always gets earlier and earlier.

Just my 3 cents

, as you stated, none of really know the whole story but why would we

assume that /Lorey are the ones telling the truth? Freida is the more well

known and respected within the group and the 'foul' was committed against

her. As far as who is telling the truth - I would venture that Freida is. The

others are the ones that were 'outraged' that she 'alledgedly' committed some

type of 'security breech' and harped on it and obviously felt the need to

'tattle on her' to get even.

As far as moving forward, this was a serious issue that could have affected

Freida and her job.. if this had been me, it would not be over.. not by along

shot. Someone attempts to discredit me or to get me fired because of their

egomanical ways will get the brunt of my 'foot'.

... gee.. isn't that nice that it didn't? but it was the purpose of why they

did it. THEY did not agree with her opinions/views on what she did so they

created the situation. Your opinions are very hypocritical btw. SHE should

watch what she says .. but they did nothing wrong in contacting her supervisor.

.. I am soooo happy you are not working with me either.

That's the key here, and that's why I haven't posted

on this issue.

Just for me.....

I'm against " banning " or removing anyone from a list.

There are times when it must be done... and the decision of when

that time comes belongs to list owner.

Well, while Ms Poole, if she exists, was making a mockery of our discussion

group, my wife had half her liver removed last Thursday. The 5-6 inch mass

causing her agony was composed of blood vessels that decided to start

growing for some unexplained reason; they were not, and could not become,

malignent, thank God. Anyway, she's resting comfortably, still on an

epideral narcotic pain killer with catheters and other drainage tubes

galore. But, yesterday, she managed to walk 4 rooms down the hall and that

was cause for more celebration than occured in New England.

Anyway, my reason for posting this is to say that I cannot believe the

support we have gotten from our own agencies and a lot of friends on this

list. Sometimes, a Ms Poole comes along and p,,,,,, us all off by taking

advantage of what we do here; but, as in my experience anyway, there is so

much that is so good here that I'm willing to just shake my head and move

on.

Thanks to all for your support. Situations like 's, my wife, and many
