Cantaloupe Crush

Ingredients

1/2 cantaloupe

1 cup fat-free milk

1-1/2 cups ice

1 to 2 tsps sugar, to taste, or the equivalent in artificial sweetener

To Prepare

Cut cantaloupe into small cubes. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Sweeten to taste.
