Happy New Year to everyone from here in Middle TN. I am technically off...but

have to hang about to reset the CAD when the new year occurs. I figured if I

went home, I'd hate getting back out, so I have opted to stay in my office and

do a bit of work and a bit of play until the witching hour..then I am off for my

bed and a wonderful 4 days off! (Should be 5, but I will have to be here on

Monday cause the guy from our CAD software is gonna be here to work on getting

us live with the upgrade...sigh)

It has begun - 10 extra officers, and one less dispatcher. It has been a zoo,

and it doesn't look much better for the rest of the night. Seems the officers

all have attitudes tonight on the air as well.

We are counting down until the start of 2004.

Happy New Year to all.
