Well, this week you can register me for losing a big, fat (no pun

intended :) ... 0. I lost nothing. Still at 242.5. Shucks. I

always seem to do really well in the first couple weeks of trying to

lose weight, then level off. Why is that? Does this happen to

anyone else?

Anyhow ... I also screwed up my diet today .. royally. You see,

other than rocky road ice cream, PIZZA is my weakness, so when they

ordered pizza today at work, I had not one, not two, but THREE slices

of greasy, fatty, messy pizza. AND some chips. Oh, well. Tomorrow

is another day. I CAN DO IT!
