Firstly there are 2.2 pounds to a kilogram, so I weighed about 286 - 290 pounds, now I weigh between 160 - 165. That sounds like alot and thats what I get depressed about. I find it so hard to lose anymore. People guess I weigh about 20 pounds less than I do, but I carry around so much excess skin and flab from the weight loss. Being so overweight my skin lost all its elasticity, so whilst I can fit small clothes I still can't wear anything that shows my thighs or upper arms as I have sking hanging, I want to have surgery to remove this but it is very expensive. Sometimes I feel so disappointed that I went through so much to lose the weight but I still feel 'unacceptable'. I want to lose around 5kgs (11 lbs) more but it is such a struggle. I go to the gym, but find it so hard to stay motivated. Cooking for kids makes it all so much worse!!Anyways thanks so much for your reply I look forward to 'talking' with you some more!
