Guest guest
hi Bennie, Yep, that is exactly what I am going to do when I can afford to. In fact I was going to ask you all what kind/brand of computer/laptop to get. I have always gotten HP desktops and the one laptop I had. I still have it but I think it is totally dead from the Oregon coast rust, dust, etc. I want to know what to get and where to get it from. My fiance just recently got a new HP with Vista from Staples and well, it has been kind of a hassle. I had him get 24/7 tech support, not knowing that the people you call don't speak English very well. Anyhow, what are you using and do you like it? I did notice how inexpensive they are these days! That is great! Do you have Vista, if so so you like it? What are the specs on yours and what can you do with it. I know I want a normal size laptop, not one of those smaller ones. I couldn't type on a small keyboard. I think you can get a good one for around 500$ or more, not bad. I am really looking forward to when I can get one. I will just have to run a phone line upstairs somehow or maybe by then we will be able to afford wireless :-) Just prop myself up and get typing emails, letters, etc! getting excited here! LOL! :-) hugs, Coleen Bennie wrote " I have a lap top and everyone kids me I can get more done lying in bed than anyone they know. I do all my special education advocate work, research, and business lying in bed. Laptops are very affordable and I encourage you to get one when you can. I have wireless internet so it is a lifesaver for me.
