Guest guest
Gee, Gang! And I HAD thought that when I came to this group, I would be getting away from all the pumonary stuff that we all discuss on the Cystic Fibrosis lists/groups. Obviousl, I do have cystic fibrosis--and yes, people really DO live this long with it; I am along way from being a rare exception. Seriously, however, each of you has all of my sympathies. I franticly inhale Albuterol (even though I have no asthma), weird and exotic antibiotics, and an even more weird chemical called N-Acetyl-cysteine, as I am allergic to the Dornase Alpha, or Pulmozyme usually used for us with CF. Orm as my youngest, who also has CF, used to say in childhood, when asked what " CF " meant, " See if things are going to get better! " Well, now I know that one of the many " surprises " of Multiple or Sclerosis or " Multiple Surprises " can be pulmonary stuff! Nothing is ever simple. Hang in there, all of you with intermittent pneumonia, COPD, the whole thing, and just know that we wcf are pulling for you, too! Love, *cough, cough!
