(WAS) , pain (NOW) spasticty, bone density, etc

I don't know what's wrong with my lower back. I haven't tried to get an answer for it for years--I just live with it. I had a car wreck when I was 16 and I've always assumed it was from that. I also had the bone density test and mine was good. I was really surprised at that because I've shrunk several inches and my mother had osteoporosis. My doc told me to always take Calcium and Vitamin D. The stiffness in your legs is most likely spasticity. Has any doctor told you that? Do you take anything for spasticity?
