Hi, My name is Kathy (39yrs old, 3 little boys) and I was diagnosed

with Papillary in late November,04.

I've recently joined this club and read a lot of posts which I

thought were very helpful!!!

As I'm seating here waiting for my TT in January,05, I can't help

myself wondering what if it is spreading while I'm waiting.

I realize that Thyca is a lazy kind of cancer and that it is slow in

spreading. However, my mind wonders ...

My question is this. Have any of you with a nodule less than 1cm

had cancer actually spread beyond the thyroid gland????

As my surgery date is getting closer, I am starting to get a bit

more nerveous ... any encouragement is WELCOME :-)
