Guest guest Posted December 7, 2001 Report Share Posted December 7, 2001 I don't remember if I've sent these through or not - but I've been making them a lot lately so I thought I'd share!! ~~ * Exported from MasterCook * Pumpkin Won-Tons Servings: 16Points per serving: 0.5 1 cup canned pumpkin3 tbs light brown sugar1 tsp pumpkin pie spice16 won-ton wrappers -- 3 1/2" squareCooking Spray 1 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl mix first three ingredients. Place one wonton flat on work surface and spoon 1 tablespoon filling into the center. Moisten edges of wonton with water and fold in half to form triangle. Press edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wontons. Arrange the filled wontons on ungreased baking sheet and lightly coat wontons with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with the cinnamon and granulated sugar. Bake until golden, about 16 minutes. Turn and bake 2 more minutes. Per Serving: 36 Calories; trace Fat; 1g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 47mg Sodium.
