happy to now be under 200 lbs!!! My official weigh in # for today is

198.5lbs!! It's been so long since I've been under 200 Yeah.

Good for you but be careful. You don't want to lose too fast. If you

are " running out of energy " you may not be getting enough calories. Do

you take any supplements? It is a good idea to get a quality multi

vit/min. Also if you aren't getting enough water you can have low

energy too. Just some things to keep in mind.

Hello , Good for you, you had bad news and didn't let it

get you down. The walk, water and healthy eating will bring you

closer to your goal weight soon. Good Luck!!!! The Weigh in is an

optional tract sheet that you can participate in. All you have to do

is weigh yourself( a begining weight) and post it to

attention " weigh in " You can choose to weigh in weekly or

monthly. will chart your progress. You can also do

measurements on your body. keeps a record spreadsheet of

sorts under either files, links, or database you can always check

out. The winner weekly and monthly pick a song to share with the
