CST or Cranial Sacral therapy,

or one of its variants, named :

cranial osteopathy, cranial therapy, bio cranial therapy,

or 2 chiropractic variants called craniopathy and sacro occipital technique

(SOT)

(started somewhere after 1930);

is not for bad habits rehabilitation, but for pain relieve and

improve the functioning of the central nervous system, eliminate the negative

effects of stress,

strengthen resistance to disease, and enhance overall health.

It does not really work ( as claimed) , unless you count on the placebo effect,

like most of homeopathy;

even worse its a fantasy based quackery may even become a malpractice,

aka health fraud.

Many of this ( non medical doctors) practitioners claim to even diagnose

by analyze the cerebral spinal fluid flow with their fingertips and

then cure or heal the patient by " normalize " that flow by mobilizing the

cranial sutures.

Ask any doctor or neuro-surgeon, you can not mobilize the cranial sutures with

your hand. ...
