Theresa I to like this thinking. It might be an only out for some in some

states who to be to want to opt for this type of exemption. We in Ohio are

to be lucky as we to have 3 options available but often many parents do not

be to know of it So much more work needs to be done to let parents know of

options available to them in the state.
