I can tell you what my temp was almost every day of the month - I look at my chart so often I have it memorized. Once I went to the dr to have him analyze my past 3 months of charts. When I got there, would you believe it!, I had forgotten my charts. I asked them for some blank charts and filled them in for those 3 months.
