Can transdermal glutathione cause gut inflammation?

I've been trying to figured out what is causing my son's gut inflammation for the last three weeks.

At first I thought it was the grapeseed oil, but my son continued with distended belly, so i checked my notes and the only new thing i starded with him was glutathione gel and then, two weeks after we started B12 shots.

please need help!!
