Hello, WTH. I have not been posting much, but have been trying to keep up as

best I can with the posts. I just want to encourage you in your journey. I can

see you are discouraged and tired. That is most understandable. You are doing

some good work, and it is very hard. I don't pretend to understand it, but I

want to tell you I respect you and honor your work and your desire for health

and freedom in your life. None of us will ever have a perfect life or perfect

mental health, but certainly we all want to be at a place where we can function

well. I'm glad you have areas of your life where you can find fulfillment and

calm. This speaks volumes about your abilities and strengths. Know that your are

loved and cared for, and your struggles in no way diminish your worth as a

person. My hope is that you will find peace in the journey as the wild winds are

blowing around you.
