Just wanted to say hi to everyone and to say you guys are just the

greatest!!! I have not posted in a few days cause have been fighting

allergies..etc...feeling better finally and couldn't wait to say hi and to

let you know you all are in my heart and my prayers....especially Pat who

lost her father...I am soooo so very sorry for your loss...May God lift you

and your family in this difficult time...

I have seen all of your responses and it touches my heart...everyone is so

very caring and loving....As I said before the very lifeline to those of us

who have been hurting so long because of our physical impairments from

obesity. I am so very hopeful now that I have found Dr. R...his

website...and this group....!! I haven't felt hope in a long time and to

have it now...is just a miracle to me...A miracle from God...I know I am

being weepy...but I can't help myself...I just had to express these feelings

cause you all touch my heart....and I feel like a small child bubbling over

with enthusiasm from all the love that is being given here to those that are

suffering...everyones messages are so valuable to me...cause I rely on

everything you guys say...from recipes...to your experiences...to the

changes in your lives...to the ups and downs of your lives...to the words of

encouragement you give others...to just loving and supporting those who are

making very life changing decisions...trying to live a life free from pain

and anguish...to a life of health and prosperity...one that is full of

hope...health and happiness.....we all want that and we are all here because

of these reasons....but to see you guys help people attain these

hopes...every day as you do is just truly marvelous and miraculous!!!
