bell's palsy/using e-stim for therapy

have any of you been sucessful in using e-stim for bell's palsy? my

son had a mri when he a couple of days old, they said that his nerve

is there and intact, we have seen some slight improvement in the last

year and i know that the nerve can continue to improve until they are

6 or 7, but we trying to get e-stim for my son, the pt we saw for the

eval. said she has not have any experience with chargers and e-stim,

but i was curouis if any you guys have used it and saw improvement.
