You also have to better track what is giving the reaction. For the 2nd question, 2 places I recommend to find out what LDM-100 is in the LDM-100 Recap in this groups Files & on the Barlow Herbal website(maker of the LDM-100). I just found out Jane Barlow will be at the LIA conference again this year with all the Barlow Herbal Herbs. My family has also used successfully there ia-100 (parasite/worm cleanse) which I have found to be a very good product as well.
