Guest guest
Sleep driving? That sounds scary. I might better do some research on ambian. I don't want to wake up and find myself lost! I don't have any fish but I do have 3 toy poodles that I clip myself. I was diagnosed with RLS in the sleep clinic. I hold the record for the loudest snoring female at the University Med Ctr sleep lab. Now, I sleep with a C pap machine. I don't snore with the machine but I still kick during the night. One night my 5 year old fell asleep in my bed. She is too heavy for me to pick up and tote to her bed so I let her sleep with me. The next morning she was fussing at me because my leg " jumped " all night. She said she even laid on top of my leg and it kept jumping. At first they (sleep clinic and internist) tried treating it with iron supplements but that didn't help me. I have fibromyalgia and if I don't get my sleep, I am worthless. I hurt all over and I feel like I am walking in quick sand. Donna
Guest guest
You have poodles you clip? Uh, oh. <laughing> Here are some links to information on Ambien and sleep driving among other problems associated with it. I don't want to discourage you from taking this drug--I just wanted you to be aware. So talk it over with your doctor if you are concerned. I knew about it because of my friend and her (late) fish.http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/03/15/earlyshow/health/health_news/main1404632.shtmlhttp://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/03/09/eveningnews/main1384884.shtmlhttp://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/news/20070314/fda-warns-sleep-drug-risksFibromyalgia, RLS, sleep problems and MS?
