Benedryl gives me energy. But I know a lot of people use it for sleep. I wish I had some tonight because that mosquito bite has gotten more swollen. There is a swollen area about 3 x 4 inches. It's hot and very itchy. I have tried everything I can think of on it. The only thing that has helped to relieve the itch is Lynn's 5 Herb Balm. Wishing everyone sweet dreams and easy sleep.hugs))Sharon This email is a natural hand made product.
