My agency is a private EMS agency in Michigan and after my seven years of dispatching here, we finally were able to purchase a CAD system. So this is going to be a fun year for all of us. I will not miss the card method what so ever. i am sure there are going to be some huge challenges ahead of us... but it was time for a change. We purchase the system from Zoll Data Systems (Pinpoint Technologies). Zoll Data is an EMS software vendor.
