Guest guest
Sharon~ It's ironic that you bring this up. About 2 months ago, my ankle started hurting really bad. I too thought I had twisted it or sprained it. But, even as absent minded as I am, I can't imagine doing something like that, and forgetting all about it. I've been wondering the last couple of weeks if it's MS related. But, I don't know. I've also had pain in my back and my left arm for almost as long. Actually the pain in my arm has been there for a lot longer. Yesterday, I had a stabbing pain in my left knee cap as well. So, you're not the only one. I have just gotten to the point that I'm in pain everyday, and if I made mention of it everyday, I think people would start thinking I'm a hypochondriac or something. Either that, or one of those people who is always looking for sympathy. T/C and I hope you find some relief soon. Guest guest
Hi Val:That's the way I felt--my memory is bad but I think I would remember twisting my ankle. It's still bothering me but is getting a little better. My left wrist is still hurting, especially during the night or first think in the morning. Now it's hurting up into my forearm to elbow and down in my fingers. But the fingers on the right hand are cramping up now as well. We're a screwy bunch, aren't we Val?hugs))Sharon This email is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws or defects. Guest guest
We sure are. And to think that we've lived so long with pain, and it's just been recently that Dr.s have started to acknowlede it. Now, I just wish there was something that could be done about. I have tried everything OT to try to get rid of the pain. I don't think there's anything non-Rx that you can take to ease the pain. Guest guest
Lately some research has shown that Vitamin D can help with pain. I've increased my Vitamin D to 2000 iu a day. And I have also found that some stretching and working with hand weights has helped with my back and shoulder pain.hugs))Sharon This email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
I am way behind - long story but maybe later I will relay it. When reading this email I had this thought. For your wrist I think I would dig out my wrist brace, esp at night. For the ankles I have not had that problem for a long time but I do have an elastic ankle brace. I bought both at walmart years ago. These problems can really mess up your life as you all well know. You are all in my thoughts always. with love HAPPINESS and BUTTERFLIES Lynn Re: joint pain, ankles, Anne/ response to SharonTo: MSersLife > Hi Val:> > That's the way I felt--my memory is bad but I think I would > remember twisting my ankle.
