This is really exciting because I had stalled out on my losing since the first of the year, only 1 other pound all month. I played with my food (changing around what I was eating and when), drinking about 100 ounces of water, and I added the bran muffins that I made last week. I have been eating three of the muffins anytime I feel hungry and then drinking a big glass of water, that really fills you up. Well, it seems to have worked, at least this week.
