Guest guest
Hi - I just wanted to let you know how the flare-up went. Last blood tests I had done were a couple of weeks ago. My TSH was down to .41 (from December's 0.021) and my Free T3 and Free T4 were in the lower end of the range (down from being in the higher end of the range). I was taking 30 mg Armour before the flare up and just took half that until I got the results and now I am taking 30 mg again. So now my hair is falling out again like crazy and I feel tired all the time. I guess there's nothing else I can do but just try to keep a positive attitude. I'm tired of looking for a solution when I know there isn't any. I am taking all the right vitamins and supplements and changed my diet to have protein with every meal, lots of vegetable, no sugar, caffeine, etc., and am taking adrenal supplements in the morning. Thanl you for helping me out so much in January. I'm sorry you're going through this too. Are you feeling any better? Have you tried anything new?
