Normally I don't push anything commercial on this discussion list, but this is

the one

thing I make an exception for because the money goes to a good cause.

The 2001 Sunshine Cottage Christmas Cards are now available. Normally all money

raised by

these cards goes to benefit the kids. For the last 2 years (and probably again

this year)

the money raised went towards helping to establish a loaner hearing aid program

for

infants who were referred to their newborn testing center and had a hearing

loss. The idea

is that for the first 6 months to 1 year after an infant is diagnosed, the

parents won't

have to worry about raising funds for hearing aids - or to even see if their

child will

benefit from hearing aids. This year is a bit different though in that a

percentage of all

card sales will go to aid in the New York / Washington DC relief effort. To
