solaray tetra boron which is 3mg , say once every three or four days

for an adult so proportionately less for a child. if you eat a lot of

boron sprayed apples you might be getting enough or even too much...

like selenium too much can be toxic.

basically if you are taking too much boron you will have to much

estrogen causing a reversible( after several months of having stopped)

breast enlargement in men. to much estrogen might pose a breast

cancer risk for some women as well.

the rda is supposed to be 3mg or something like that but i think it

must be less.
