Hi Zammy

If you mean ALA=Alpha Liopioc Acid then the answer is NO, do not follow

instructions on the bottle. You need to follow a proper protocol - you can

read about it here

Has the autistic child had a hair test for heavy metals?

Dear All,

Does anyone know or have an experiences if ALA can use with doses refer to

produser directions (without a Docter receipt) like another supplement for

autistic kid.

Cheers,

Zammy

What ALA brands are recommended? Are there any that can be purchased at a

local health food store? TIA - .

If Twin Lab works better for you, I would go back to it.

Dagmar.

[ ] ALA brands

Dear all,

I chelate using ALA from Twin Lab initially, and changed to a brand

called Best (much much cheaper) ordered from www.iherbs.com. Does

brand matter? I got much floaters in my eyes and feel weak after

changing the brand. I wonder are they related to the change.

Thanks,

Chan.

Sometimes it does, especially if the brand contains additives and

fillers. I use Natural Factors brand because it contains just ALA.

My floaters went away when I started using HNI enzymes, so I would

suspect there is something in the new brand that you don't tolerate.

Try going back to the other brand, see if that helps.
