Guest guest Posted July 20, 2010 Report Share Posted July 20, 2010 Dear group, Are any of you having trouble collecting from Medicare if you are billing a commercial insurance as primary and Medicare as secondary? We seem to be getting denials. Are there any modifiers that need to be applied when billing Medicare as the secondary insurance? Thank you for the help. L.
