Guest guest
A few years ago walked across Canada to raise awareness about organ donation and transplantation. Caroline and I walked with him through part of Ottawa. He had an Olympic Torch that had been used during the Summer Games in Calgary that he carried in the cities and towns across the country. So we got to carry it along the way. Nice fellow and very determined. I'm glad to hear he's had a second successful tx and that he is continuing his efforts to increase donation rates in Ontario and Canada. Presumed consent is a good idea, IMHO. Surprisingly, most donor coordinators I've talked to are vehemently against the idea. Perhaps because it would limit the scope of their work. Good on .
