Guest guest Posted February 20, 2003 Report Share Posted February 20, 2003 Hi Guys, sorry I've been so quiet lately. I've been feeling kinda down & blue and yesterday only made it worse. I went to my apt at the Health Dept (BC Refill & Pap time, YIPPEE, NOT) thinking that with all the hard work I've been putting in I HAD to have lost at least a little. Guess what..NOPE! I GAINED! I am feeling sooo down! I have worked my butt of the past few months, doing aerobics, light weight training, drinking my water, watching what I eat, etc etc. Here's my question...I was up 3 pounds. Can this be water retention or muscle? I'm days, if that, away from my period. As far as muscle, I have been doing light weight high reps 3 times a week for a few months now. What do you guys think? It BETTER be one of those cause I'm feeling pretty down about this weightloss thing right now. Hope you guys are having a better day than I am.
